- 2 Ramps (Bunches)
- 1/4 cup Dried Basil
- 5 Basil (Leaves)
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 4 tbsp Nutritional Yease
- 1/2 Lemon
- Salt & Pepper (To taste)
- 1/2 cup Pine Nuts (Toasted)
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until it reaches your desired texture.
- Enjoy!
Note
- We prefer our pesto a bit chunkier, if you like it smoother add a tablespoon of water and blend longer.
- For a richer flavor feel free to add more olive oil.
- We used mainly dry basil because we were out of fresh but you can use either.
- This pesto is great on bread or mixed into pasta but who are we to tell you how to enjoy your pesto.
