This easy miso salad dressing is sweet and salty and packs a huge umami punch. Enjoy it in a simple salad or on a more elaborate warm salad or power bowl.
- 4 tbsp White Miso Paste
- 4 tbsp Lemon Juice (*)
- 4 tbsp Water
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Note
- * You can substitute the lemon juice for any citrus (lime, orange, etc.) . Here we used lime juice because it was what we had on hand.
- This recipe is ratio based and once you remember that then it is easy to scale the recipe up or down depending on your needs.
- We highly suggest adding a pinch of MSG at the end because it helps pumps up the umami flavor.
