Salad
- 1 can black eyed peas (drained)
- 1/2 can corn (drained)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (quartered)
- 1/4 cup onions (diced)
- 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
Hot Sauce Vinaigrette
- 2 clove garlic (minced)
- 9 tbsp neutral oil (we used vegetable oil)
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1.5 tbsp hot sauce
- 3 tsp honey
- 2 tsp thyme
- salt and pepper ((to taste))
