Asian-Inspired Garlic Chili Oil Dip
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Ponzu
- ½ tbsp Ginger Minced Finely
- ½ tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce Can also use Sambal Oelek
- ½ tbsp Crunchy Garlic with Chili Oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add all of your ingredients except for the Crunchy Garlic.
- Mix all of your ingredients together until they are well combined.
- Add in the crunchy garlic and mix gently.
- Drizzle, pour and dip to your hearts content.
Notes
- If you cannot find the crunchy garlic with chili oil, use freshly minced garlic and any chili oil you can find!
- This recipe is completely customizable:
- If you like it spicy add more chili oil and chili garlic sauce.
- If you like it sweet, add more ponzu and a bit of brown sugar.
- If you like it bitter, add in more rice wine vinegar
